For more than 22 years, A Balanced Approach Therapy Centre has been a trusted destination for holistic health and therapeutic care in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Located near Wascana Park and close to downtown, our centre is home to a team of skilled wellness professionals, including several Registered Massage Therapists and an on-site Naturopathic Doctor. Our practitioners specialize in a diverse range of modalities, such as therapeutic massage, deep tissue, sports massage, shiatsu, TMJ treatment, lymphatic drainage, and naturopathic medicine.

What makes A Balanced Approach unique is our independent practitioner model. While all therapists work together under our shared umbrella and brand, each one operates their own private business.
