Dr. Craig Herrington
Dr. Craig Herrington is a Naturopathic Doctor with more than a decade of clinical experience. He relocated to Regina with his family in 2017 after serving as the chief clinician at a large integrative centre in Ottawa, where he collaborated with the Ottawa Hospital on research involving Naturopathic medicine and patient outcomes.
Dr. Herrington focuses on the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. He also frequently supports patients with concerns such as low energy, arthritis, insomnia, stress, anxiety, and general health challenges affecting both men and women. His approach is personalized and collaborative, often working alongside family doctors and medical specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
Guided by a “less is more” philosophy, Dr. Herrington emphasizes lifestyle-based medicine over routine supplement use or extensive lab testing, and he does not sell supplements in his practice. He believes that sustainable, practical, and enjoyable lifestyle changes lead to meaningful and lasting improvements in health.
Dr. Herrington is licensed in both Saskatchewan and Ontario, and his services are covered by most extended health plans. Direct billing is available for many insurance providers.
